Video by John Seely Brown

While I was watchin the video, I realized I really agreed with him. I believe that he 's right when he says that we learn from our peers. The role of the teacher is quite simple: he is a guide. The teacher has to follow the students' learning process and to add information to this process. Of course the students learn from the teacher, but not as much as the peers do.

Age has nothing to do with learning. During my practicum, I probably learn from the students as much as I teach them. I could also teach to a 50 year old man with a PhD. The knowledge is different from one to another.

I like to call it school of life. One could learn from living only. From seeing other people. From being curious ans asking questions.

I strongly agree with John Seely Brown.
